Return Policy We offer a "no questions asked" 30 day money back, satisfaction guarantee return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to qualify. Returns requested after thirty (30) days must be pre-approved and are subject to a restocking charge or denial of credit depending on condition. Only unopened test kits may be returned for credit. No credit will be issued for goods which are damaged as a result of misuse. Shipping costs are not refundable. All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement: Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by sending an e-mail to support@azoglabs.com with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return.
