Return Policy
We offer a "no questions asked" 30 day money back, satisfaction
guarantee return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of
shipment to qualify. Returns requested after thirty (30) days must
be pre-approved and are subject to a restocking charge or denial
of credit depending on condition. Only unopened test kits may be
returned for credit. No credit will be issued for goods which are
damaged as a result of misuse. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to
insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:
Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by sending an e-mail
to support@azoglabs.com
with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return.
A return authorization number will be assigned and sent to you by
return e-mail. Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt
is suggested on returns over $50). Be sure to mark the address with
the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original order, order
number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Return to:

Important: Opened or used test
kits or otherwise damaged goods cannot be returned and credit will
not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will
not be accepted. Furthermore AZOG, Inc. cannot be responsible for
unsolicited returns without an assigned return authorization number.
Sample Policy
Without exception, our policy is to charge for samples. If potential
contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered
normally through our online ordering system. All sample costs including
delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases.
We believe that the information contained on our website is comprehensive
and detailed with regard to individual products. However, the decision
to distribute product brochures or literature on request is handled
on a case by case basis.
Check Payments
Determine total amount of order including shipping charges by completing
the first order processing screen. Print the screen or enclose a
written note stating item(s) ordered, shipping method and total
amount along with your check or money order payment and send to:

We will ship your order upon receipt
of your payment. In the case of backorders, we will hold your payment
until merchandise is available. If you want to be informed of order
and payment receipt and shipping notification a valid e-mail address
